Meet Instructor Laura

Nature loving Colourful & Creative

I have always had a love  and fascination of nature, choosing to take the scenic route as a default throughout my life.

My biggest passion is to share and develop this joy of nature, the outdoors, and yoga with those who cross or join my path along the way.

My connection with nature and my mindful practice is rooted in my daily life having attended meditation circles and retreats from the age of 12, this has had an amazing influence on my ability to deal with life's ups and downs over the years. It has helped to develop my ability to quite literally stop and smell the flowers and help others do the same. Discovering Yoga's physical movements (Asanas) when I had back issues as a teenager helped me to understand my capabilities and challenge my limits and from this, linking meditation, movement and nature has been a life long joy which I now share with others.

As an active person who participates in all sorts of sports, walking, running, cycling and paddle boarding, I understand and appreciate how Yoga has helped keep me strong, mobile and focused giving me an outlet when I need to relax and repair or challenge my limits both mentally and physically.

I look forward to meeting you in person soon and growing forward together.
